Returns & Exchanges Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days after the customer receives the package.

Return Conditions
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and attached with original brand tags. Clearance sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
You must contact our customer service team at contact@dingdingly.com to get an official return authorization before sending back any goods. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
If the return is caused by our store’s error (e.g., defective items, wrong size/color shipped, damaged goods in transit, inconsistent product description):
We will fully cover the return shipping fee.

If the return is for personal customer reasons (e.g., dislike the style, wrong size chosen by yourself, unsuitable fit, change of mind):
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Exchange Shipping Cost Responsibility
Return shipping for exchange (the cost to send the item back to us):
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Re-shipping for exchange (the cost to send the new item to you):
We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item to you.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm they meet our return standards, we will issue your refund within 7 working days via your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
