All orders will be dispatched within 1–3 business days once payment is verified.
Our standard Yanwen shipping takes 8–20 business days to arrive, subject to destination country and local logistics status.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, local postal holidays, regional transport limits or remote area distribution.

Customs & Duty Notice
We prioritize duty-prepaid logistics channels whenever available to cover customs charges for our customers.
However, due to varying local logistics and customs restrictions, duty-inclusive delivery cannot be guaranteed for all shipments.
Most parcels are shipped under DDU terms. If duties or clearance fees are assessed by local customs upon delivery, buyers shall bear all import duties, clearance fees and local sales taxes charged by customs.
For EU countries: A fixed customs duty of €3 will be charged per individual clothing item by local customs when DDU delivery applies.
Remote Area Surcharge
An additional remote delivery surcharge applies to orders shipped to Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, which will be displayed separately at checkout.
Countries not listed above are not available for delivery. The checkout page will automatically block orders to unsupported addresses.
