We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days after delivery.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and attached with original tags. Clearance sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization before sending back any goods.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
For regular items:
If the return is caused by our errors (defective items, wrong size/color shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for personal reasons (dislike, improper fit, change of mind), you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
We strongly recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for online tracking.
Standard transit time takes 8–20 business days, depending on your destination country and local logistics status. Delays may occur during customs clearance or local postal holidays.

All our products are manufactured in China.

We provide free standard shipping to our supported countries listed on our Shipping Policy page only.
An extra remote delivery surcharge will apply to orders shipped to Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Most shipments are delivered under DDU terms, meaning buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees and local taxes upon receipt of the parcel.
We will arrange duty-prepaid logistics channels whenever available to cover customs charges for you, but we cannot guarantee duty-inclusive delivery for every order due to variable local logistics restrictions.
No other hidden fees will be charged.
